Method of Payment

Charter Boat Cancellation Policy
Payment is due within 5 business day of making the reservation in order for the day(s) to be guaranteed.
Client cancellation
- If a cancellation is received 15 days or more prior to the first day of fishing, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- If a cancellation is received between 14 and 8 days prior to the first day of fishing, 25% of the payment will be refunded.
- There are no refunds on cancellations received 7 days or less prior to the first day of fishing.
- There are no refunds for ‘no-shows’.
Boat cancellation
- If the captain is sick or the boat cannot go out due to mechanical difficulties, all effort will be made to find a comparable boat. If a comparable boat is not found there is no charge for the day(s) and a full refund for the day(s) in question will be given.
- If the captain cancels due to stormy weather and dangerous conditions, there is no charge for the day(s) and a full refund for the day(s) in question will be given. If availability allows it, the angler may choose to reschedule the charter.
- If the captain suggests cancelling the charter due to inclement weather and the angler insists on going, no refund shall be given even if the boat only spends a short time at sea.
- Note: there are no cancellations due to rain, since the rain in Costa Rica usually consists of localized squalls that come and go.

Responsibility Clause
Warren Sellers Sportfishing acts only as an agent for the charter boats represented through this website, and therefore is not liable or responsible in any way for any cancellations and/or for loss, injury, damage to any person or property howsoever caused or arising.

Making a payment means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Paying by credit card: Click on the credit card icons below and you will be taken to a secure payment page through Paypal. Credit card payments are processed on a secure server. You do not need a Paypal account, nor are your required to register.
