Fishing in Quepos
Abundance of fish From the months of December through May we offer fishing charters in Quepos. Located on the Central Pacific, Quepos offers some of the world's best bill fishing.
Blue, black and striped marlin and sailfish are abundant at that time of year and releasing more than 10 sailfish a day is a common occurrence. Yellowfin tuna and dolphin are found offshore, inshore catch roosterfish, cubera and snook.
The town Quepos is a three and a half hour drive by car from San Jose, or a 20 minute flight. Both Sansa and Nature Air offer daily flights. The beach town of Quepos has much to offer to visitors with its many restaurants and bars, hotels, bakeries, art galleries and gift shops. For lodging we like to recommend Hotel Si Como No and Hotel La Mansion.
